   I'm looking for help. AM I in the right Forum? I am looking to buy off the shelf software, or paying a developer for a program that functions in the following respect: as to pdf reports that I upload to a server, these are made available for downloading to my clients, but with the following features (best described by a rather clumsy explanation):

   (i) Client goes to my web page and enters 2 identifying variables that I gave the report when it was uploaded to the server; (ii) the program would then automatically send that client the url link to the report on the server (having automatically looked for it and found it on the server) or, if the report has not yet been uploaded to the server, the program would send an auto reply/email to the client as soon as the report is uploaded to the server (ie, everytime I upload a report, the program will search the server to see if that report has been the subject of a report request sent in by the client.

   My goal: when my home inspection reports are done and uploaded to the server, the task of getting it to the client is out of my hands. No emailing the client a password, etc. to retrieve the report.

   Help. Just want to know where I should be looking to obtain this kind of a program or who best to go to to design it for me. Thanks.

   Don't continue to read this if you don't agree with websites that anticipate links to tv/movies. Right now I just wanted to share tvbunny with you all! They have some goodstuff!
