   I just started using WS-FTP 12 Pro, it works great but how do I it up to check for new files on a regular basis? I want it to check for new files every few minuets, if I simply use the "refresh" button it does not find new files, if I leave the program and then restart, it does. The documentation w/ the software says it can do this, but how? Also, it says it can send an email when new files are received, how do I set that up?
