When I update a file the name of the file changes to uppercase letters and I have to rename the file to lowercase letters before I upload it. How can I prevent the file name from becoming caps? This is driving me NUTS! My older Ipswitch version doesn't do this!

Hi, You would have to change a setting to force lower case when uploading ...
Try this > Start WS-FTP Client > File > Site Manager > Select Site > Edit > Transferrs > Check, Force Lowercase Names ... > OKs
