   [b]can someone explain to me how my game can make a ftp server for example: when I play a game Multy player and I choose to play online than they indicate that the servers are down. But I can connect via my ftp server and a program that put other things on their PCs and associated in a network that we have for example a sit and then can play?[/b]

   I read your question carefully and understand what you want actually. Ftp mean file transfer protocol. As per my knowledge ftp transfer file local/pc to hosting server. ftp not working as like a server. because of that it is not possible to connect all nodes/pc for playing game.
