How to transfer files from http to ftp

    Is there a way how to transfer files straight from http for example http://www.somepage.com/audiofiles/music.mp3 to ftp account without downloading first to my computer and then to ftp?

    many "ftp clients" allow for a "site to site transfer" but, the sites would need this to be allowed....
