I have two NAS/FTP drive enclosures. Both have the same internal software to set IP,User, etc. The problem is I lose bytes when I tranfer files from the device to a PC. It happens on my local net as well as over the internet. I am able to move files onto the drive without a loss. I have tried anoter router, another drive in the enclosure, only a switch, and have turned off my firwall in Windows XP pro SP2. When I hook the box up as a USB external drive it transfer the file just fine. I bought the first one and had this problem. When I bought the secoend one and had the same problem I can not imagine two with the same problem. One is called "NAS HDD enclosure" the other is a NET Server. I do not know who makes them. So I hope maybe someone will have an answer here.

I have since purchashed from Micro Center a NextStar NAS/FTP/USB enclosure. This enclosure works . The other ones are new. I would like to make them work as well. Any ideas would be appreciated.
